Rangers face a selection dilemma heading into their clash with Celtic this weekend.

Alfredo Morelos and Jason Cummings both have strong cases to start, and Graeme Murty could select both.

Beyond that veteran Kenny Miller is poised to make an appearance from the bench, and hopes to play his part in a long awaited win over Celtic.

But that’s not where it ends. Attacking midfielder Josh Windass is Scotland’s most in form player, while Jamie Murphy is beginning to hit form.

Celtic’s defenders and goalkeepers have struggled for form all season long, and endured injury problems.

They are still reeling from their 3-0 loss to Zenit, and new signing Marvin Compper is in line to potentially feature, a sign Brendan Rodgers is not content with his existing options.

Whoever is selected, Celtic need to be on top of their games to shut out Rangers, who have scored 21 goals in their last five games.

The Gers have failed to score in their first two games against Celtic this season. This time they hope it will be different.

They are in fine form and full of confidence, while Celtic are a little vulnerable.

Rangers may simply have too much for Celtic this weekend, and if Brendan Rodgers’ side do come out on top, it will be a bigger achievement than it was earlier in the season.
