Alfredo Morelos might be the top scorer in the Scottish Premiership but Rangers fans believe £9million is simply too good to turn down.

Alfredo Morelos now looks almost certain to be the most expensive export in the history of Rangers Football Club.
Because, according to the Scottish Sun, the Ibrox giants have rejected a £9 million bid from Chinese outfit Beijing Renhe – the same fee that Rangers sold right-back Alan Hutton to Tottenham Hotspur for all the way back in 2008.
Renhe made three bids for Morelos in January, the second reaching £8 million, but Rangers refused to sell midway through the season with the Colombian currently the top scorer in the Scottish Premiership.

The Chinese transfer window does not close until the end of February, however, meaning Rangers have another fortnight to endure before they can be certain that Morelos will be at the club until the summer at least.
But the Scottish Sun adds that Rangers have no financial need to sell a player they paid just £1 million to sign from HJK Helsinki back in the summer.
Although it appears that Rangers fans are at odds with their club over reports of a snubbed £9 million deal. Money is hardly no object at Ibrox after all as the club could only afford to sign the likes of Jason Cummings and Jamie Murphy on initial loan deals with an option to buy in January.

There are other areas of the squad that are in need of investment too and Rangers fans are understandably questioning whether cashing in on one player could be a benefit to the squad as a whole.
