Odsonne Edouard scored his 19th of the season as Celtic moved 13 points clear of the Scottish Premiership table against Rangers.

Steven Gerrard admits his Rangers side were brutally exposed by Odsonne Edouard as Celtic all but sealed an eighth successive Scottish Premiership title on Sunday, while speaking to the Daily Record.
The Hoops were already ten points clear at the top of the table as the Gers arrived at Parkhead but another domestic crown now looks like an inevitability after James Forrest’s well-taken strike in the final ten minutes.
Forrest was the derby hero but Edouard was arguably the best player on the pitch, scoring a brilliant individual goal, setting up the winner and showing why Celtic decided to make him their record signing last summer (Sky).
And Gerrard admits that Rangers did not do enough to stop Celtic’s £9 million centre-forward.
“We showed Odsonne Edouard too much respect. We stand off him and got hurt,” Gerrard said.

“We killed ourselves again. If you analyse where we have been hurt this season it’s been more down to individual errors.
“It’s an area we need to improve on. We need to eradicate the individual errors.”
Edouard has had something of a mixed season with plenty of supporters still uncertain about whether he should the Celtic’s number one striker. But that brilliant goal against Rangers, combining speed, strength and clinical finishing, was his 19th of the season in 44 games.
That is the sort of tally Celtic were hoping for when they splashed out a record fee on the one-time Paris Saint-Germain wonder-kid.
