Queens Park Rangers had reportedly offered Austria goalkeeper Heinz Lindner a trial at Loftus Road.

Queens Park Rangers manager Mark Warburton has seemingly rejected the notion that free agent goalkeeper Heinz Lindner could be on his way to Loftus Road, speaking to West London Sport ahead of Saturday’s trip to Millwall.
The Mail claimed earlier this week that a shot-stopper who has 22 caps for the Austrian national team was on his way to the capital.
Warburton had apparently offered Lindner a week-long trial with the 29-year-old looking to get his career back on track after two seasons with Grasshopper Zurich in Switzerland.
These reports emerged a matter of days after Joe Lumley, who has started every one of QPR’s Championship games this season, botched a clearance and gifted Harry Cornick a goal during a 3-2 win against Luton Town.
But Warburton has seemingly made it clear that he will keep faith with Lumley despite the ongoing links with Lindner.

“I’m happy with the keepers I’ve got,” said the former Nottingham Forest, Brentford and Rangers coach.
Warburton has the highly-rated Scot Liam Kelly, who shone north of the border with overachieving Livingston last season, waiting in the wings with former Colchester United goalkeeper Dillon Barnes providing back up as third choice.
