Soon-to-be relegated Premier League basement boys West Bromwich Albion have reportedly made enquiries about Everton manager Sam Allardyce.

We would love to know the results of the survey ill-advisedly sent out by Everton asking supporters to rate the performance of Sam Allardyce on a scale of zero to ten.
After Arsene Wenger announced that he was to finally bring his 22-year reign as Arsenal manager to an end, Allardyce arguably took up the mantle as the most unpopular manager in the Premier League – at least among his own supporters.
The 63-year-old has infuriated fans with his pragmatic style of football, his refusal to give the likes of Davy Klaassen and Nikola Vlasic a chance and, above all, his steadfast refusal to accept any other viewpoint that does not revolve around him working miracles.

So it should come as no surprise whatsoever that Everton fans are offering to drive Allardyce down the M6 themselves with the Mail stating that West Brom have identified the former England boss as the man to lead them out of the Championship next season.
It is understood that the Baggies have made preliminary enquiries about the availability of Allardyce, who still has another year on his £6million Everton contract.
Despite picking up eight points from four games as caretaker manager, Darren Moore seems unlikely to be offered the West Brom job on a full-time basis, and Allardyce is the kind of results-driven manager who could navigate a testing season in the second tier.
But West Brom fans should brace themselves, because Allardyce would come with a warning.
