Rangers manager Pedro Caixinha admits he needs passion in his team and Norwich City’s Graham Dorrans could hardly be a better fit.

It is no surprise Graham Dorrans is keen to turn his back on an ambitious Norwich City project and move to an under-performing Rangers side in the summer, as reported by the Sunday Post.
After all, it is not every day you get the opportunity to join your boyhood club.
Dorrans is facing an uncertain future with Norwich despite impressing with six goals from the centre of midfield this season, with Director of Football Stuart Webber presiding over a major clear out at Carrow Road.
According to the Daily Mail, the midfielder could find a new home at Ibrox – 20 years after he marvelled at Paul Gascoigne and Brian Laudrup as a wide-eyed youngster standing on the terraces (Birmingham Mail).
Though it is not just Dorrans who could be interested in a summer switch. Rangers manager Pedro Caixinha has made clear that he plans to instill major changes at Ibrox to remould the team in his image.

And players with a passion and an affinity to the illustrious Scottish giants are more than welcome.
“I only want people here who are feeling passionate about the club,” Caixinha said in quotes reported by the Daily Record. “I’m not going to have a single player who has doubts whether he wants to move here or not.

“I want players who want to be idols here. I know what the fans want and what I want. I want that type of player at Ibrox.”
There could certainly be no doubting Dorrans’ commitment to the cause. Rangers need more bite and cutting edge from central midfield and the one-time Livingston prodigy could be the box-to-box all-rounder the club are crying out for.
Just another reason why Caixinha should make him his top summer priority.
