Rangers look set to snap up Scottish Premiership winger Jordan Jones from Killie, according to reports.

One year ago, Rangers made a £300,000 bid for Jordan Jones that left Kilmarnock manager Steve Clarke fuming.
In quotes reported by the Daily Record, Clarke said the offer was ‘nowhere near acceptable’ so it was no surprise that Killie snubbed the Ibrox club’s advances.
12 months on, however, it seems that Jones is on the verge of agreeing a long-awaited move for the Glasgow giants. And, in a rather cruel twist of fate, he could now be leaving Rugby Park for absolutely nothing.
The Northern Ireland international is due to be a free agent at the end of the season and, according to Sky Sports, he is set to undergo a medical and sign a pre-contract agreement, meaning Rangers have all-but secured their long-standing target without spending a penny.

But how are Kilmarnock fans feeling about the potential loss of their influential winger with the Ayrshire club in the midst of a shock title challenge?
It seems a few supporters won’t be losing any sleep at all.
Jones has a big reputation, but two goals and four assists in 24 games is far from outstanding. He is talented but perhaps a little overrated.
