The 22-year-old doesn’t appear to be part of Paul Lambert’s plans at Wolves.

When you’re attempting to force your way into the starting XI after a difficult first season at a new club, it really doesn’t help when they shatter their transfer record twice to bring in classy, continental attackers to challenge for your favoured position.
Inevitably, the addition of Ivan Cavaleiro and Helder Costa meant Jed Wallace was forced to look outside of Wolves for first-team football. And, as London News Online reports, he’s found what he’s been looking for at Millwall.
While his parent club slip towards the Championship drop zone, however, the 22-year-old is gearing up for an FA Cup quarter-final London derby with Tottenham Hotspur. Wallace has already helped Millwall stun both Stoke and Leicester but that does not mean he is fooling himself into believing he could have a second chance in the famous gold of Wolves.
“I don’t imagine [my achievements at Millwall] are registering. I don’t have any direct contact [with Wolves] and I’m not exactly waiting by my phone for someone to call me,” the former Portsmouth starlet told London News Online.

“This year I’ve probably come here to play for a future away from Wolves. At the moment that’s certainly how it appears.”
Furthermore, with the Birmingham Mail reporting that Wolves are planning a summer move for Oxford United winger Marvin Johnson, Wallace would find himself even further down the pecking order at Molineux.
The 26-year-old is a player of similar style – a direct, pacy winger with an eye for goal.

Consequently, Wallace is probably taking the right decision getting out while he can.
