Marko Grujic has barely played in the Premier League since his £5.1m move to Liverpool but he has shone in the Bundesliga with Hertha Berlin.

Marko Grujic has suggested that he still has a future at Liverpool despite spending the season out on loan at Hertha Berlin, while speaking to ESPN.
The Serbian midfielder became Jurgen Klopp’s first signing at Anfield when he arrived from Red Star Belgrade for £5.1 million three years ago, but he has been restricted to just 14 appearances so far for the Merseyside giants (The Independent).
Grujic has showcased his talents during loan spells at Cardiff City and Berlin, making a huge impression in the Bundesliga with Pal Dardai’s high-flying side.
According to Bild, up to ten clubs have asked Liverpool about signing the 22-year-old on the back of his sublime performances in the centre of midfield for Hertha. But Grujic has indicated that he is still hopeful of a future at the heart of Klopp’s midfield.
“If I keep performing like I do now, then there are more chances to come back to Liverpool for another season,” he told ESPN.
“I’ll return with more experience and better abilities.

“Of course, my target was to be a regular player of Liverpool and I’m still thinking I can do that. I’m still young.
“We have a lot of options in midfield and we will see next season, but competition for places is always good and natural. I’m looking forward.”
ESPN adds that Liverpool have been unwilling to part company with a midfielder who has been compared to Paul Pogba for his combination of technical and physical skills, turning down a loan offer from Torino because they wanted an option to sign Grujic for around £9 million.
