Scottish Premiership giants Rangers and Celtic are reportedly interested in Dundee’s Finland international midfielder Glen Kamara

With Glen Kamara attracting interest from clubs north and south of the border, the 22-year-old certainly chose a good time to produce his finest international performance to date.

Kamara made his sixth appearance for Finland’s senior side on Monday night and the reaction on Twitter to his performance speaks volumes. The highly-rated Dundee midfielder dominated against Greece, clinching a 2-0 win with a clinical finish in the dying seconds.

Fans of Dundee will hardly be surprised, given how impressive Kamara has been since he arrived at Dens Park on a free transfer from Arsenal in the summer of 2017.

So no wonder the likes of Celtic and Rangers are interested. According to The Mail, the Old Firm giants have both taken a keen interest in Kamara’s performances in the Scottish Premiership and they will no doubt have been impressed by his brilliant display for Finland on Monday night.

The energetic midfielder is due to become a free agent next summer, meaning Dundee may have to cash in during January.

And, on this evidence, he would be a fine addition to Rangers or Celtic’s squad.
