Lucas Perez has started just three Premier League games since arriving at West Ham United from Arsenal in the summer transfer window.

Lucas Perez will have been hoping that his second spell in English football would go better than his first.
The Spanish striker failed to make an impact at Arsenal during the 2016/17 season and, in truth, hasn’t exactly found goals or game time easier to come by in West Ham United colours either.
Perez has started just three Premier League games for The Hammers since signing for £4 million.
As a result, The Mail reports that manager Manuel Pellegrini will let him go this month with Real Betis keen to bring the former Deportivo La Coruna hero back to Spain.

But it seems that the 30-year-old’s potential move to Andalusia is far from certain. According to Football London, Betis are indeed keen to sign the West Ham benchwarmer but could struggle to agree a deal due to potential Financial Fair Play implications.
The Europa League outfit would therefore only be able to sign Perez on loan, though it is understood that West Ham would prefer to agree a permanent deal – albeit for more than the £4 million they paid for the striker over the summer.
