Leicester City are reportedly rivalling Manchester United, Barcelona and AC Milan for Monaco’s Tielemans.

Youri Tielemans to Leicester City is far from a done deal.
The Telegraph reported on Monday that the Foxes have entered talks with Ligue 1 crisis-club Monaco over a £22 million deal for the Belgium international midfielder, which could see Portuguese flop Adrien Silva move in the other direction.
Tielemans, the report adds, is open to a move to England especially with Leonardo Jardim returning to the Principality to take over from the ailing Thierry Henry. The 21-year-old is understood to have a strained relationship with the former Sporting Lisbon and Olympiakos boss.
But, according to Nieuwsblad, Leicester are facing competition from three of Europe’s biggest clubs – Manchester United, Barcelona and AC Milan.

Despite scoring five goals in 20 Ligue 1 games this season, Tielemans hasn’t quite lived up to expectations since joining Monaco in the summer of 2017.
But it seems that United, Barca and Milan have not forgotten the fact that he was one of Europe’s most promising midfielders during his time at Anderlecht, winning Belgium’s Young Player of the Year award in 2014 and 2015.
Leicester can at least offer Tielemans a greater chance of first-team football.
