What chance do Leeds United have of bringing La Liga ace Ibai Gomez to the Championship with Leicester City reportedly offering him a Premier League chance?

Ibai Gomez has been one of the most underrated attacking players anywhere in La Liga in 2018 – but it seems that the Alaves talisman is finally getting the admiration he deserves.
Goal reported in October that Leeds United were hoping to sign the 29-year-old in January and reunite the gifted winger with his former Athletic Bilbao coach Marcelo Bielsa.
And, with just over a month left until the January transfer window opens, it has emerged that Leeds are not alone.
AS have claimed on Friday that Leicester City are also interested in Ibai, who has scored three times in 12 games this season to fire Alaves to fourth in the embryonic La Liga table.
The report adds that Alaves could be forced to let their star man go in January for as little as £4.5 million with his contract due to expire at the end of the season.

Ibai is the second Spain-based attacking midfielder who has been linked with the Foxes this week, with Cadena Cope (20 November) claiming that Leicester were planning to trigger the £23 million release clause in the contract of Celta Vigo ace Brais Mendez.
The 21-year-old scored the winner against Bosnia and Herzogovina on his debut for the Spanish national team at the weekend.
But what chance do Leeds have now of luring Ibai to Elland Road with a Premier League offer on the table?
