Rangers travel to Hamilton Accies after the international break with Steven Gerrard looking for his first away win in the Scottish Premiership.

Rangers’ home and away form has been like night and day under Steven Gerrard.
The Glasgow giants have been pretty much faultless at Ibrox under the former Liverpool captain but their form on the road leaves a lot to be desired. Rangers have picked up just two points away from home in the Scottish Premiership this season and were beaten 1-0 at Livingston last time out.
Though a trip to struggling Hamilton, who were battered 6-0 by Hibernian before the international break, surely gives Rangers a great chance to pick up their first away win of the Scottish Premiership season
And, writing in his Evening Times column, former Rangers captain Lee McCulloch has said as much – although he has predicted that Hamilton will not collapse as they did against Neil Lennon’s side.
“Accies haven’t started the season that well but it is always a tough place to go and it will be a difficult game for Rangers this weekend,” McCulloch said.

“They have taken a bit of stick for their away form this season and everyone at the club will know that it hasn’t been good enough so far.
“Well, this is a chance for them to show what they are about and for them to put it right and they need to pick up where they left off against Hearts.”
Hamilton were all over the place against a Stephen Mallan-inspired Hibs at Easter Road with Accies goalkeeper Gary Woods at fault for a number of the home sides goals.
So Rangers’ in-form attackers, particularly Alfredo Morelos, Ryan Kent and Scott Arfield, should be confident about curing Rangers’ travel sickness this weekend.
