Ben Woodburn has made five Championship appearances since joining Sheffield United on loan from Liverpool.

The current Sheffield United boss has built a career getting the best out of the talents at his disposal and turning a squad into a team greater than the sum of its parts.
Since taking charge of the Blades in 2016, Wilder led his boyhood club to the League One title, smashing the 100-point barrier along the way, and his side are now third in the Championship.
Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool, then, could have made an inspired decision sending Ben Woodburn to hone his trade at Brammal Lane.
The youngest goal-scorer in Liverpool’s history has played only 133 minutes under Wilder so far, but do not be surprised if he plays a big part for Sheffield United between now and the end of the season.
“He’s doing well and he’s been a big part in the results we’ve achieved so far,” Wilder told the Liverpool Echo. “He’s got a great attitude, he’s a really good professional and he’s fitted in really well to the group.
“Everything was factored in when the decision was made, by everyone involved, and we’re really encouraged by how he’s doing.”
The Echo adds that the likes of Wigan Athletic and Aston Villa were also keen on the 18-year-old Wales international, who has slipped down the pecking order at Liverpool since scoring that record-breaking goal against Leeds in 2016.
But Wilder is the perfect manager to instil discipline and maturity into Woodburn’s game.
