Leeds United signed Hadi Sacko last summer for £1.5m but the Championship leaders have since loaned him out to Spanish second tier side Las Palmas.

It just hasn’t worked out for Hadi Sacko since his summer move to Las Palmas from Leeds United.
It was clear as soon as Marcelo Bielsa took over that the jet-heeled winger was not part of his plans. Sacko did not feature in any of Leeds’ pre-season friendlies and it was no surprise when he was farmed out to the Spanish second division on a year-long loan.
So far, Sacko is yet to start a single game for Las Palmas. In total, he has managed just 59 minutes of football across three league appearances.
And if that was a poor start to life in the Canary Islands, things do not appear to be picking up any time soon. Sacko has now been left out of Las Palmas’ matchday squad for each of the last two matches.
Las Palmas, for what it’s worth, have won their last two league games, against Extremadura and Malaga, without Sacko in the 18.

The former Sporting Lisbon youngster, who joined Leeds last summer for £1.5 million, has a contract until 2020 with the current Championship leaders.
But it seems that he is stuck between a rock and a hard place having lost his place at Las Palmas after failing to win over Bielsa.
