Lyon play-maker Nabil Fekir is reportedly a target for Everton.

Farhad Moshiri became Everton’s majority shareholder in the summer of 2016 and promised to give a club who were used to operating on a shoestring budget the sort of budget they have always dreamed of.
But having the cash is all well and good. Spending it sensibly appears to be a knack that Everton just haven’t grasped.
The Toffees have wasted huge funds on a number of players in the Moshiri era from Yannick Bolasie to Cenk Tosun, Ashley Williams to Davy Klaassen. And it seems that Everton fans have got so used to high-profile failures that they are even a little suspicious about links with a World Cup winner.

According to Calciomercato, Everton are keen to sign Lyon’s Nabil Fekir, a year after his £53 million move to Merseyside rivals Liverpool fell through (The Mail).
On paper, Fekir would be a fabulous signing. He is one of the most impressive players in Ligue 1, a skilful winger with 12 goals this season. He would add creativity, cutting edge and end product to a frequently toothless Everton attack.
But the fans have been bitten before.
