Premier League sides West Ham United, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur have all been linked with West Bromwich Albion striker Salomon Rondon.

It is difficult to figure out how good Salomon Rondon really is.
Since moving to the Premier League from Zenit St Petersburg in the summer of 2015, Rondon has hardly set the world alight. 108 games for West Brom have resulted in 24 goals.
But is this more a result of the famously pragmatic football employed by Tony Pulis, the manager who was in charge of The Baggies for most of Rondon’s three years at The Hawthorns? It seems harsh to criticise him too for his lack of goals under Alan Pardew, because there were hardly any West Brom players doing themselves justice during that time.

Rondon does have his qualities, power, pace, commendable work rate and strength in the air (remember that hat-trick of headers against Swansea City). But West Brom fans have certainly been taken aback by the level of interest in their Venezuelan centre-forward.
The Mirror state that West Ham United are interested in triggering the £16 million relegation clause in Rondon’s contract while bonafide Premier League giants Chelsea and Tottenham are hovering too. And Sky Sports even claim that Rondon has admirers at Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid.
Now, West Ham in particular need a striker and Rondon enjoyed the best spell of his career under Manuel Pellegrini at Malaga between 2010 and 2012. But perhaps these comments from West Brom fans should make The Hammers think twice.
