Anderlecht’s Leander Dendoncker looks set to finally arrive in the Premier League, with West Ham United interested.

West Ham United allegedly want to sign Leander Dendoncker and, helpfully, it appears that Anderlecht are willing to cooperate.
Nieuwsblad stated on Tuesday that West Ham were planning a bid for the Belgian international midfielder. And HLN News has followed that up now by stating that Dendoncker has his heart set on an exit from the Constant Vanden Stock Stadium this month.
It is understood that Anderlecht value the midfield powerhouse at around £18 million – and their general manager Herman van Holsbeeck has insisted to DH that there is a good chance that he could follow in the footsteps of Youri Tielemans and head for a bigger European league soon.

“If there’s €25m or €30m on the table, (the transfer) can be done, yes.”
Excellent news, then, for West Ham boss David Moyes – if they can afford around £27 million, that is. The Scot has been open about his desire to sign a new midfielder this month and, after approaches for Joe Allen and Jonjo Shelvey came to nothing, DH claims that Dendoncker is the ‘dream’ addition to Moyes’ engine room.
With Anderlecht willing to listen to offers, however, it remains to be seen whether Everton will enter the fray again.

The Sun stated in the summer that Everton saw a £15 million bid rejected for a player that was linked to a move to Goodison Park almost every day towards the end of the transfer window.
Although it appears that Everton could strike a deal if they up their offer by a few million. Whether they even need Dendoncker with Morgan Schneiderlin, Idrissa Gana Gueye, Tom Davies, Beni Beningime and co already in their ranks is another matter, however.
