Premier League newcomers Fulham have brought another new player to Craven Cottage, Australian defender Riley Warland from A-League outfit Perth Glory

The transfer window might have shut for Premier League clubs two weeks ago but Fulham are still doing business.
The Cottagers might have lost both of their opening two top-flight games this season, going down 2-0 to Crystal Palace and 3-1 to Tottenham, but they created plenty of chances against both London clubs and a number of their new signings have impressed already.
Aleksandar Mitrovic scored against Spurs, Jean Michel Seri is showing why Barcelona wanted him, while Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa, Andre Schurrle and Sergio Rico will massively improve the starting XI when they settle at Craven Cottage.
The vast array of new signings have now been joined in West London by the highly-rated Australian youngster Riley Warland.
As reported by Football London, Fulham agreed a deal to sign the exciting teenage defender during the transfer window. But his former club, A-League outfit Perth Glory, have now confirmed that Warland is a Fulham player.

“The move to Fulham represents a fantastic opportunity for Riley,” director of football Jacob Burns said of Warland, who has signed a three-year deal.
“And while it is sad to see a young prospect depart, he goes with our very best wishes.”
Warland is expected to join up with Fulham’s youth sides initially and has already featured for the Cottagers in a 2-0 defeat to Aston Villa at academy level.
