Premier League duo West Bromwich Albion and West Ham United would both want to sign Okay Yokuslu from Turkish Super Lig side Trabzonspor.

Why should West Bromwich Albion and West Ham United care that a club sitting sixth in the Turkish top flight have reportedly been banned from signing players in this summer’s upcoming transfer window?
As a result, Trabzonspor will not be able to register any new signings when the window opens at the end of this season. And it remains to be seen just what this means for the future of their in-demand midfielder Okay Yokuslu.

The same publication, however, stated that Trabzonspor were willing to sell a player who has been monitored by the Baggies frequently in recent months so long as his £7 million price-tag was met.
But now, if Trabzonspor do part company with Yokuslu, they will not be able to bring in any reinforcements, at least until next January.
One of the reasons they were unwilling to sell two months ago was because Yokuslu would have been difficult to replace so this reported FIFA-imposed transfer ban means West Brom may have to wait even longer to get their man.
