Everton would have to pay a huge fee to tempt Premier League rivals West Ham United to part with Aaron Cresswell this summer.

There are a few similarities between Leighton Baines and Aaron Cresswell. Both are Merseyside born left-backs with a penchant for a pinpoint cross and, according to The Sun, the latter has been identified as a potential replacement for the former at Goodison Park.
It is understood that Everton manager Sam Allardyce is a big fan of Cresswell, who impressed under his tutelage at West Ham following his 2014 arrival from Ipswich Town.
And a reunion could be on the cards with The Sun believing that the one-time England international is keen to return to Merseyside. Though the £25 million fee that Everton would need to pay should give The Toffees plenty to ponder.

For that fee, surely Everton can find a better left-back than a player who has been forced to adapt to a more central role after losing his favoured position to Arthur Masuaku at West Ham.
O Jogo claimed last month that Porto will need to sell players this summer in order to comply with Financial Fair Play regulations and Alex Telles, who was understood to be on Everton’s radar in January, is one of those who could leave the Estadio do Dragao.
Telles would cost £30 million, O Jogo add, but would seem to be far more worthy of a huge fee. While Cresswell has flattered to deceive at times this season, the Brazil international has assisted 18 goals in all competitions.
