Everton might just have an advantage over West Ham United and Arsenal in pursuit of Denis Suarez.

The path isn’t clear for Everton to sign Denis Suarez, but if rumours are believed then it might be a little easier now.
According to Spanish publication Sport, Everton and West Ham are interested in the out-of-favour Barcelona midfielder.
Arsenal are also interested [The Sun] but the Toffees might just have an advantage over both Premier League sides.
The Sun also reported on Monday that Suarez has turned down the chance to join West Ham, who are willing to cough up the £20 million needed to sign him this month.
The report adds that Suarez is keen for a reunion with Arsenal boss Unai Emery, who signed him for Sevilla once upon a time, but the cash-strapped Gunners want him on loan initially, a proposal that the Spanish giants aren’t favouring at the moment.
Hypothetically this may favour Everton, who should match West Ham’s £20 million valuation and see how the 25-year-old feels about moving to Merseyside.
After all, three of his former team-mates – Yerry Mina, Lucas Digne and Andre Gomes – are already at Goodison and maybe, just maybe, he would be willing to join Everton.
Manager Marco Silva should certainly fancy his chances of succeeding where the Irons and Arsenal seem to be failing.
