Mo Besic is on loan at Boro, impressing for the Championship play-off hopefuls after joining from Premier League outfit Everton.

Considering that Mo Besic’s contract is due to expire in July, Everton have a decision to make.
The Bosnian international has spent the last 13 months on loan at Middlesbrough in the Championship and his performance in Saturday’s 2-0 home win against Queens Park Rangers offered a reminder of the talents he possesses.
Freed up by the January edition of John Obi Mikel, Besic produced a masterclass of a performance in the centre of midfield, running the show and adding two assists for good measure. His first, a glorious raking ball that put Jonny Howson in on goal, was simply Pirlo-esque.

In short, this was by far his best performance of the season; the sort of tigerish and tenacious display that Boro fans have not seen enough of since he returned for a second spell at the Riverside last summer.
No wonder the supporters were keen to praise him on Twitter.
But what does Besic’s future hold at Goodison Park? Everton are hardly short on central midfielders but should a player who has made just 37 Premier League appearances in five years due to injury be given a second chance – and a new contract?
