Premier League leaders Manchester City appear to have signed Oscar Tarensi from La Liga outfit RCD Espanyol.

Manchester City have completed their first signing of the summer transfer window, but it is not Bruno Fernandes, Joao Felix or Rodri Hernandez.
The Premier League leaders are expected to spend big once again this summer with Pep Guardiola looking to sign long-term replacements for both Fernandinho and David Silva. A specialist left-back and another centre-forward would be well received, too.
For now, however, the City faithful will have to make do with one of the most exciting young talents in Spanish football.
Highly-rated left-back Oscar Tarensi has been linked with a move to Manchester City since December, Sport claiming the Espanyol left-back was set to follow compatriots Eric Garcia and Adria Bernabe in swapping Catalunya for the North West of England.
And it seems the deal is now signed, sealed and delivered.
Taking to Instagram, Tarensi has confirmed that he is now a Manchester City player. He is wearing the club’s tracksuit while posing in front of their space age academy, just to leave nobody in any doubt.
Guardiola has given the likes of Garcia, Claudio Gomes, Felix Nmecha and Philippe Sandler a chance in the first-team this season and Tarensi will be hoping to follow in their footsteps.
