Nottingham Forest need a left-back, so should they use their Olympiakos contacts to get Leonardo Koutris?

Evangelos Marinakis owns both Nottingham Forest and Olympiakos and those links have certainly benefited the Championship giants in the last year or so.
In the summer of 2017, midfielder Andreas Bouchalakis arrived at the City Ground from the Greek giants while Karim Ansarifard followed in his footsteps a year on.
But should Leonardo Koutris be the latest Olympiakos player who potentially makes the move to the East Midlands?
The Brazil-born Greece international has impressed since moving to Piraeus from PAS Giannina in 2017 and, on paper at least, could be the left-back that Forest have been looking for in recent transfer windows.
Yes, Jack Robinson has impressed at left-back since joining from QPR in the summer but Koutris, who has produced two assists in just six games this season, would perhaps be a more adventurous, attack-minded option on the flanks.

According to Greek publication Sportsdog, West Ham’s director of football Mario Husillos is a fan of 23-year-old Koutris and could make a move in January with neither Arthur Masuaku nor Aaron Cresswell nailing down a place in the starting XI this season.
The Sun (21 November, page 52) believes Koutris could cost £5 million. And, for that fee, Forest should seriously consider rivalling West Ham for a player Marinakis knows well.
