Premier League outfit Everton are reportedly set to sign striking sensation Moise Kean from Serie A champions Juventus.

Don Hutchison has given Everton’s swoop for Juventus striker Moise Kean his seal of approval, describing a potential £27.5 million transfer as a ‘great deal’ on Twitter.

Two of the most exciting young strikers in Italian football are on their way to the Premier League.

On Tuesday, Wolves completed the signing of Patrick Cutrone, arguably the most promising academy graduate to emerge out of AC Milan for many a year.

And Juventus wonder kid Kean is set to follow in the footsteps of his fellow Italy international. Despite exploding onto the scene with seven goals in all competitions last season, the Serie A champions have agreed to sell the 19-year-old to Everton (Sky Sports).

Kean, who became the youngest player to score for Italy in over 60 years back in March, is expected to pick up around £52,000 a week at Goodison Park.

Sky believes that Juve are expected to retain a buy-back clause, allowing them to re-sign the teenager should he fulfil his undoubted potential on the blue half of Merseyside.

And Hutchison, a former Everton midfielder and an avid Serie A enthusiast, believes that everybody wins in what should be one of the summer’s most eye-catching transfers.

In truth, Everton haven’t had a top class centre-forward since Romelu Lukaku left for Manchester United two years ago, despite the best efforts of Richarlison and Dominic Calvert-Lewin.

And while Kean is still seven months from his 20th birthday, the Bianconeri starlet certainly has the raw potential to fill the void of the £75 million Belgian – even if he still has a few rough edges to smooth out.
