Everton are reportedly keen to lure Celta Vigo’s Daniel Wass to the Premier League from La Liga but Valencia and Roma are allegedly interested, too.

If Everton want to sign Daniel Wass from Celta Vigo this summer, they might have a tough challenge convincing the midfielder to move to Goodison Park.
Wass, who joined from Evian back in 2015, scored four goals and set up nine more in 34 La Liga starts last season and, the year before, helped Celta reach the semi-finals of the Europa League.

But the 16-time international, who was left out of Denmark’s 23-man squad for the World Cup in Russia, appears to have greater ambitions than a side who finished eighth in the Premier League.
“I have been in Vigo for three years now and maybe something exciting will happen this summer. I can see myself playing elsewhere, maybe at a Champions League club,” Wass said in quotes reported by Danish paper Ekstra Bladet.

So the likes of Valencia and Roma, who both qualified for Europe’s premier club competition by virtue of fourth and third placed finishes in Spain and Italy respectively, could have the advantage with Wass set to be a man in demand this summer.
Wass is a versatile and highly intelligent midfielder renowned for his penchant for wonder goals, whether it be a sublime chip or a swerving free-kick.
