Youssouf Mulumbu is on loan at Kilmarnock from Celtic and struggling to make an impression in the Scottish Premiership.

Youssouf Mulumbu’s time at Celtic looks up already.
What looked like an intelligent, low risk signing when he arrived on a free last summer has quickly become a disaster. The 32-year-old made just a single Scottish Premiership appearance in the first half of the season and barely an eyebrow was raised when he re-joined Kilmarnock on loan.
And with Scott Brown committing his future to Celtic and Callum McGregor starring in a deep midfield role when given a chance, it is hard to see where Mulumbu fits in at Celtic.
The Scottish Premiership champions would surely snap Kilmarnock’s hands off if they wanted to keep the former West Brom and Norwich enforcer at Rugby Park on a permanent basis. But the chances of Celtic receiving a bid for their forgotten man look slim.
Mulumbu has played just two league games for Steve Clarke’s Killie with niggling injuries ruining his hopes of making an impact.

And with the Ayrshire outfit lining up a deal to bring Craig Bryson back to Rugby Park from Derby County when his contract expires, according to the Daily Record, it seems that Mulumbu is at risk of being replaced.
As it stands, it seems that he will be on his way back to Celtic. And whoever takes over from Brendan Rodgers on a full-time basis will have a potential problem on their hands.
