Jaroslaw Jach failed to make a single Premier League appearance after joining Crystal Palace in the January transfer window.

2018 has not been a great year for Jaroslaw Jach.

The Polish international defender moved to Crystal Palace from Zaglebie Lubin in January for £2 million back in the January transfer window but quickly became the forgotten man at Selhurst Park.

“This is a dream come true because the Premier League is a league I have followed since I was little and I always wanted to come and play here,” Jach told The Standard.

‘Play’, however, he has not. The 24-year-old did not make a single first-team appearance for Palace in any competition before the end of 2017/18.

And barely an eyebrow was raised when the two-cap Pole was loaned to Turkish Super Lig outfit Rizespor in the summer. Though if this was supposed to help Jach get more game time under his belt, the move has backfired so far.

Jach has made just one substitute appearance in four Super Lig games for Rizespor this season, playing 54 minutes off the bench in a goalless draw with Erzurum BB in August.

If Jach wants to ensure that his spell at Crystal Palace is more than a flying visit, he might need to seize his chance in Turkey.
