Scottish Premiership champions Celtic are understood to be keen on Dundee’s Glen Kamara.

Jack Hendry has only been a Celtic player for nine months so there is certainly an argument to be made that he is being written off by Hoops fans already. Though it has to be said that Hendry has not exactly adapted well to life with the Scottish Premiership champions.
His performance in the 3-1 Europa League defeat away at Red Bull Salzburg recently rather summed up the 23-year-old’s performances in a Celtic shirt so far; nervy, shaky and looking a little out of his depth.
But how many more error-strewn performances does the £1.5 million centre-back have to go through before Celtic consider that he’s just not ready for life at Parkhead?
And reports from The Mail claiming that Celtic are keen on Dundee midfielder Glen Kamara presents an opportunity. If Brendan Rodgers wants to bring the 22-year-old Finland international to Parkhead in January, perhaps they could sweeten the deal by offering Hendry the other way on loan.

The former Wigan youngster has had few opportunities so far, starting three league games this season, and he hasn’t exactly impressed when given the chance. So maybe Hendry would benefit from returning to Dens Park and playing regular first-team football under a manager who knows and trusts him.
Six months later, Hendry could return to Celtic a better and more mature player if everything goes to plan.
