Southampton want Tom Rogic while Celtic team-mate Callum McGregor is being targeted by Premier League duo Bournemouth and Watford.

Brendan Rodgers manager of Celtic looks on prior to the Scottish Premier League match between Celtic and Rangers at Celtic Park on April 29, 2018 in Glasgow, Scotland.

Every summer, Celtic have to contend with rumours surrounding the future of almost every one of their key players. And this year will be no different with Moussa Dembele, Kieran Tierney and co linked with a move to the Premier League on an almost daily basis.

But is there a very real chance that Celtic could lose two of their best performing players this summer?

According to the World Game last month, the masterful Tom Rogic was refusing to sign a new deal at Parkhead with his current contract set to expire in the summer of 2019.

The Australian international has been in sublime form this season, scoring eight goals and setting up nine, but the Daily Record claims that he could follow Virgil van Dijk, Victor Wanyama and Fraser Forster to Southampton.

And The Sun is now reporting that another Celtic midfielder could be heading to England.

Callum McGregor has had his best season in The Hoops’ first-team, taking his goals tally to 11 in the 5-0 thrashing of Rangers recently. But The Sun states that the 24-year-old is keen to try his hand south of the border with a £10 million move to either Bournemouth or Watford understood to be a possibility.

Losing one would be bad enough but seeing both Rogic and McGregor leave this summer would see Celtic bid farewell to their two most potent goalscoring midfielders – leaving a major hole in Brendan Rodgers’ squad.
