Harry Wilson has shown Liverpool just how talented he is during a loan spell at Hull City – but could Steven Gerrard bring him to Rangers?

Liverpool fans certainly see the benefit of Steven Gerrard leaving their U18s to take charge of Rangers.
But how can The Reds use this to their advantage? Well, they could perhaps take a leaf out of Manchester City’s book and use Rangers as something of a finishing school for their exciting raft of youngsters.

Jason Denayer, John Guidetti and Patrick Roberts enhanced their reputation during spells at Celtic on loan from City. Rangers and Liverpool could benefit from a similar partnership.
And fans of either club believe that Harry Wilson in particular would thrive by joining Gerrard in Glasgow. The 21-year-old, still the youngest ever Wales debutant, has been starring in Liverpool’s U23s for some time now without ever managing to break into Liverpool’s first-team.

But a loan spell with Hull City has shown just what an exceptional talent Wilson truly is. The Championship Player of the Month nominee has seven goals in just 10 starts from the wing and, on paper, would add a real touch of effervescent class to Rangers’ attack.
