Scottish Premiership champions Celtic paid £7m for Christopher Jullien and the defender has already impressed under Neil Lennon.

Chris Sutton believes things are looking up at Celtic, hailing summer signing Christopher Jullien and a rejuvenated Olivier Ntcham in quotes reported by the Scottish Sun.
After a difficult summer which saw the Hoops lose star defenders Dedryck Boyata and Kieran Tierney while failing to qualify for the Champions League after a collapse against Cluj, Celtic have recovered in style.
They are top of the Premiership table now after winning 2-0 away at bitter rivals Rangers and started their Europa League campaign in impressive fashion with a hard-fought draw in France against Rennes.
£7 million summer signing Jullien looked worth every penny of his giant transfer fee against both Rangers and Rennes, resembling a marked upgrade on the impressive yet erratic Boyata.

And Ntcham, who was expected to leave in the off-season, looks back to his best after weeks of uncertainty, scoring two stunning goals in the 5-0 thrashing of Partick Thistle in midweek.
No wonder Sutton is feeling chirpy.
“But under Neil everything’s been positive. He’s got strength in depth.
“Olivier Ntcham’s displays at Ibrox and in Rennes were excellent. Jullien’s looking phenomenal. Things are looking good.”
They certainly are. And with Greg Taylor, Mo Elyounoussi and Vakoun Issouf Bayo just getting started in green and white, not to mention youngsters like Jeremie Frimpong, Lee O’Connor and Karamoko Dembele, the future is suddenly looking very bright indeed.
