Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly desperate for Reo Griffiths to sign a new contract but Scottish Premiership champions Celtic are allegedly circling.

Celtic are always on the lookout for exciting young talent and this summer has been no different.
The Scottish Herald stated that they were in talks with Liverpool about potentially signing the highly-rated young striker Rhian Brewster while talks are ongoing about a permanent deal for PSG loanee Odsonne Edouard, whose potential £8 million fee would smash Celtic’s all-time transfer record.
But are Celtic now looking at a striker who is even more exciting than the coveted hit men of Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain.

17-year-old Griffiths notched an extraordinary 23 goals in 18 games for Spurs at youth level last season, including four in a 9-0 thrashing of North London neighbours Arsenal.
Spurs have already lost Keanan Bennetts this summer in a £2 million deal to Borussia Monchengladbach, Football London adds, so there was obviously a great deal of concern among supporters with the likes of Celtic and RB Leipzig circling around Griffiths.

Just imagine a striker of his potential working under Brendan Rodgers, the manager who set Raheem Sterling, Daniel Sturridge, Luis Suarez, Moussa Dembele and Kieran Tierney en route to the very top.
Griffiths, Football London adds, has hinted that he could put pen to paper sooner rather than later but Celtic should not give up just yet.
Even an £8 million deal for Edouard would not be as impressive as luring arguably the best U18 striker in England over to the green half of Glasgow.
