Arsenal’s Chris Willock and Manchester City’s Jaden Sancho are already on Celtic’s wishlist but what about Chelsea starlet Callum Hudson-Odoi?

There is little doubt Brendan Rodgers’ connections are proving beneficial to Celtic. After all, the fact that top scorer Scott Sinclair choose to revive his career in Scotland certainly had something to do with the fact that Rodgers got the best out of him during an excellent spell at Swansea City.
In fact, when putting pen to paper at Parkhead, Sinclair insisted that the prospect of working under Rodgers gives Celtic more pulling power in the transfer market, as reported by the Scotsman.
And the Northern Irishman can back up his winger’s claims this summer. According to the Daily Mail, 16-year-old Chelsea starlet Callum Hudson-Odoi is on the radar of several clubs in England’s second tier.
Celtic’s Scott Sinclair
A thrilling winger who shares more than a few similarities with a certain Eden Hazard, Hudson-Odoi appears to be the next starlet to make his name in Chelsea’s prosperous academy system.
Next in line?
And it appears his progress has attracted more than a few suitors, particularly after netting twice for England at the recent UEFA European Under-17 Championship. Though you wonder whether Celtic, who have made signing under-the-radar rough diamonds a priority since Rodgers took over last summer, will be the next to make their interest known.

According to the Daily Record, Celtic are tracking Arsenal’s exciting young attacker Chris Willock as his contract runs down at the Emirates, meaning The Bhoys could take advantage of a loophole which means they do not have to pay a huge fee at a tribunal for players under the age of 23.
That, for the record, is how they managed to snap up Moussa Dembele on the cheap.
And The Sun adds that Manchester City prodigy Jadon Sancho is also on Celtic’s radar. Therefore, Rodgers should be tempted to continue his raid at Stamford Bridge.

After all, Hudson-Odoi would only need to take a look at the progress of Dembele, Sinclair, Raheem Sterling at Liverpool, to realise that Rodgers is the man to inspire a young talent to the top.
