Patrick Roberts has thrived on loan at Scottish Premiership giants Celtic from Manchester City but could head back to England with West Ham interested.

Yes, the winger is set to return to Manchester City anyway when his second loan spell at Parkhead comes to an end but Celtic always appeared to be harbouring hope that they could eventually tie him down to a permanent deal.
But, after a year-and-a-half honing his trade in green and white, it appears that Roberts will be wearing a different copier next season, and not necessarily the sky blue of Manchester City.
As reported by the Scottish Sun, West Ham United are keen to sign the former Fulham prospect at the end of this campaign. It is understood that the Hammers were keen before he joined City in 2015 and they wanted to sign Roberts last summer, too.
And if City are willing to let him go, reportedly to the tune of £15 million, West Ham will be at the front of the queue with Premier League rivals Leicester City also interested.
With an opportunity in England’s top flight beckoning at last, and a fee of £15 million mooted, it seems Celtic fans have given up hope of seeing Roberts at Parkhead next season.
