Highly-rated Tunisian international Youssef Msakni is reportedly heading to the Premier League with Brighton and Hove Albion reportedly rivalling Watford.

Tunisia star Youssef Msakni was handed a devastating blow when he was ruled out of the World Cup on the eve of the tournament this summer. But it seems that cruel blow has not scuppered the winger’s hopes of sealing a big move to one of Europe’s major leagues.
According to Realites Online, Msakni has announced his intention to leave Qatari outfit Al-Duhail in the January transfer window and it is understood that Brighton and Hove Albion are leading the race to sign him.
The 28-year-old, who is three caps short of half a century for Tunisia, is apparently likely to fly to London in the near future to negotiate a potential move to The Amex Stadium.
And this would be a blow to Premier League rivals Watford, who Global Net believe were rivalling Brighton for Msakni’s signature.

A talented forward who became the most expensive player in the history of Arabian football in 2012 when he moved to Lekhwiya for £12 million despite interest from PSG and Arsenal, according to Ahram, Msakni could bring a creative spark to a hard-working Brighton side.
In all competitions last season, Msakni scored a remarkable 25 goals in 24 games, while contributing 15 assists to boot.
