Bees left-back Rico Henry has apparently been lined up to replace Kieran Tierney at Scottish Premiership champions Celtic.

Brentford are planning to offer Rico Henry a new deal to ward off reported interest from Celtic, according to West London Sport.
With Kieran Tierney severing ties with his boyhood club with a £25 million deadline-day move to Premier League giants Arsenal, Neil Lennon suddenly finds himself one left-back short – and what a left-back he was.
Yet Celtic always seemed to be planning for Tierney’s departure with the Sun claiming that they had identified Brentford flyer Henry as the replacement for their academy graduate.
Henry, like Tierney, is a quick-footed, attack-minded left-back who’s £7 million price-tag is hardly prohibitive for a club with £25 million burning a hole in their back pocket.

But, after losing star men Neal Maupay, Romaine Sawyers and Yoann Barbet over the summer, Brentford aren’t planning to open the door for Henry too.
According to West London Sport, the Bees are set to hand the former Walsall flyer a new contract despite the fact that he has three-years remaining on his current deal.
Celtic, then, seem to have a battle on their hands as they look to lure Henry to Parkhead.
