Celtic-owned Aberdeen midfielder Ryan Christie has been linked with a move to Hull City in the summer transfer window.

Christie is on loan at Aberdeen at the moment, having also had a loan spell at the Pittodrie Stadium during the second half of last season.
The 23-year-old Scotland international midfielder has scored four goals and 10 assists in 28 Scottish Premiership appearances for Derek McInnes’s side this season, according to Transfermarkt.com.

Celtic manager Rodgers has been impressed with how the former Inverness Caledonian Thistle star has done at Aberdeen.
Rodgers told The Glasgow Evening Times: “I sent Ryan [Christie] to Aberdeen and he’s done great, earned his right to play.”

Future at Celtic?
Much was expected of Christie when he joined Celtic from Inverness in the summer of 2015 for a transfer fee reported by The Scotsman to be worth £600,000, but the midfielder has struggled to make an impact at Celtic Park.
According to The Daily Star, Hull City in the Championship in England want to sign the Scotsman in the summer transfer window.
Rodgers’s comments, though, suggest that Christie has a future at Celtic and could be at Celtic Park for the 2018-19 campaign.
