Premier League duo Arsenal and Everton are reportedly planning a raid of Bournemouth for Ryan Fraser and Callum Wilson respectively.

Bournemouth chairman Jeff Mostyn has confirmed the club have no intention of selling star duo Ryan Fraser or Callum Wilson this summer, while speaking to Sky Sports.

Between them, Fraser and Wilson have scored 17 goals and produced another 16 assists in the Premier League this season, catching the eye of some of the divisions more established clubs as a result.

The Mirror reported recently that Arsenal want to bring Fraser to the Emirates while England international Wilson is a £40 million target for Everton, according to the Sun.

Considering that Arsenal are lacking some real pace out wide, and Everton have not had a natural goal-scorer since the days of Romelu Lukaku, their interest certainly makes sense.

But Mostyn says Bournemouth will not let the attackers go without a fight.

“Ryan Fraser is a Bournemouth player. Callum Wilson is a Bournemouth player,” he said, adding that the Cherries are hoping to extend Fraser’s contract before it expires in 2020.

“We just don’t want anybody to leave the football club. Your prized assets are prized assets for a reason and we want to continue the momentum that we have achieved.”

Even the most ardent Bournemouth fan could probably forgive Fraser and Wilson for thinking about life outside of the Vitality Stadium, however, after impressive seasons in which they have established themselves fully as respected Premier League forwards.
