Furthermore, Newcastle’s manager aims to add more creativity to the squad ahead of their seemingly impending top flight return and the midfielder, capable of playing as a ‘number ten’ or in a wider role, could provide the subtlety and vision in attack that has been missing in a number of functional performances since Christmas.
