Pedro Obiang produced arguably his worst Premier League display of the season in West Ham United’s 2-2 draw with Brighton and Hove Albion.

Few would have expected Pedro Obiang to still be a West Ham United player this season after he was frequently linked with a move away from the London Stadium during the summer transfer window.
But the Spanish midfielder appeared to be on the way to salvaging his Hammers career with an impressive start to the campaign, starring in a 3-1 win at Everton while forging a promising midfield partnership with young Declan Rice.
That was then, however. Clearly, Obiang has struggled to maintain that impressive run of form and has found himself in the limelight for all the wrong reasons after Wednesday night’s 2-2 home draw with Brighton.

Obiang was arguably the worst performer for Manuel Pellegrini’s side, sacrificing possession again and again before he was replaced by Mark Noble on the hour. To make matters worse for Obiang, his replacement set up one of Marko Arnautovic’s two goals just minutes later.
And West Ham fans have taken to Twitter to make their feelings clear about the former Sampdoria man.
According to the Sun, Fulham want to sign Obiang this month and, on last night’s evidence, he would not be a massive loss.
