PSV’s Eredivisie champion Jorrit Hendrix is reportedly a target for Premier League outfit West Ham United.

Mark Noble has enjoyed a rather impressive renaissance in the West Ham midfield.
The long-standing skipper has been subjected to some rather sustained criticism from fractions of the Hammers support in recent years but looks back to his best right now under Manuel Pellegrini, starring alongside Pedro Obiang and Declan Rice in the centre of the park.
But Noble’s recent form should not distract from the fact that he is 31 years of age right now and should not be seen as a long-term option for Pellegrini. A replacement must be found sooner or later.
And, fortunately, Jorrit Hendrix could be that man. According to Calciomercato, West Ham have been watching the 23-year-old midfielder, who has been an ever present for a PSV side who have won every single Eredivisie game in 2018/19.
Hendrix is very much like a young Noble, a bundle of energy capable of driving forwards from deep and firing shots at goal while providing protection to the defence with his tenacity and intelligence in possession.

He is an underrated yet essential part of a thrilling PSV team and it speaks volumes that Dutch great Mark Van Bommel, the club’s current manager, is such a fan.
Worryingly for West Ham, however, Tottenham Hotspur are also big admirers of Hendrix according to TEAMtalk. But they simply cannot let their enemies from down the road beat them to what could be one of their most important signings in years.
