Jarrod Bowen scored twice in Hull City’s 2-0 Championship win against Leeds United recently, showing why he is reportedly wanted at Elland Road.

With the Mail claiming last week that Leeds United were planning a big money bid for Jarrod Bowen, the Hull City winger certainly aced his audition at Elland Road just two days later.
Typically, it was Bowen who inspired Hull’s shock 2-0 win in West Yorkshire, scoring both goals and showing over 30,000 Leeds fans why he is on the radar of the Championship league leaders.
But even their supposed ‘big money bid’ might not be big enough. Because, according to Sky Sports, Hull have now set Bowen’s price-tag after weeks of speculation surrounding the forward’s future.
It is understood that Hull are under no financial pressure to sell the 22-year-old so are demanding a hefty £20 million for a player who has also been scouted by Tottenham Hotspur and Burnley after a stellar start to the season.

The fleet-footed Bowen has scored 11 goals in 25 Championship starts for Nigel Adkins’ side, meaning he is just three behind his tally from the whole of last season.
Clearly, the former Hereford United attacker would give Leeds an extra attacking spark as they aim to bring an end to their long exile from the Premier League. But, with a £20 million price-tag on his head, any hopes that Leeds might have had look to be over already.
