Steven Bergwijn is looking like the latest fresh-faced Eredivisie prodigy who will attempt to try his hand in the Premier League.

De Telegraaf believe that Liverpool, Arsenal, West Ham, Tottenham and Bournemouth are all interested in the 20-year-old PSV winger, who is understood to be valued at a hefty yet not obscene £23 million.
