Cardiff City reportedly want to bring Efe Ambrose to the Premier League after he bid farewell to Scottish Premiership side Hibs last week.

Cardiff City need all the help they can get as they aim to stay in the Premier League for a second season.
Neil Warnock’s side have been linked with a number of attackers as they aim to add natural goal-scorer to the squad. But it seems a central defender would be welcome, too.
According to the Daily Record, the Bluebirds are keen to snap up 30-year-old Efe Ambrose, who is now a free agent after invoking a clause in his contract to leave Hibernian midway through the season.
But, according to Fanatik, Cardiff could soon be disappointed.
It is understood that Akhisarspor have put together a proposal to bring Ambrose to Turkey and it seems they are now leading the chase to snap up the former Celtic defender without spending a penny.

Whether Ambrose is of the level required for relegation-threatened Cardiff remains up for debate, however.
The Nigerian international had a reputation at Celtic for making big mistakes at the crucial moments after all, so perhaps Warnock and co are better off looking elsewhere.
