Queens Park Rangers grabbed an important Championship point away at Rotherham United on Tuesday night, thanks to Luke Freeman’s stoppage time leveller.

That 7-1 thrashing at West Brom must seem like alifetime away right now for Queens Park Rangers’ fans.
QPR are currently one of the form teams in the Championship and, although they dropped points away at Rotherham United on Tuesday night, the draw will feel like a win.
After all, Steve McClaren’s side were heading for a 2-1 defeat at the New York Stadium before Luke Freeman, who put an end to speculation over his future this week by signing a new contract, struck the all-important equaliser in the 91st minute.

And, reacting on Twitter, QPR club ambassador Andy Sinton was obviously very impressed by the mental fortitude shown by his side in South Yorkshire.
Sinton, a former winger and coach at Loftus Road, has been forced to watch QPR underachieve in recent seasons but, after a dismal start to the campaign, McClaren’s in-form side are starting to look like dark horses for the play-offs right now.
QPR are eighth in the Championship table and just three points adrift of Frank Lampard’s Derby County in the final play-off position.
