Premier League clubs Everton, Leicester City, Brighton and Wolverhampton Wanderers reportedly want Benfica right-back Andre Almeida.

Andre Almeida has made it clear that he is loving life at Benfica despite being linked with a number of Premier League clubs this week, in quotes reported by Record.
The 28-year-old right-back has played at the Estadio da Luz since he joined from Belenenses eight years ago and he remains a key player for The Eagles, making 52 appearances in all competitions across 2018/19.
Almeida also has 12 assists to his name while playing a huge role as Benfica sealed the Primeira Liga title on Saturday with a 4-1 thrashing of Santa Clara. This is the defenders’ fifth league crown in Benfica colours but his first since 2017.
And, according to The Sun, Almeida’s terrific performances have caught the eye of Everton, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Leicester City and Brighton with the report suggesting that he could cost a bargain £10 million.
But if Almeida gets his way, he won’t be going anywhere this summer.

“I have a contract until 2021 and I am very satisfied here at Benfica. If I have to extend it for the rest of my career, I will do it for sure,” the eight-time Portugal international told Record.
It seems that the Premier League quartet might be wasting their time then with Almeida keen to secure more silverware at the Lisbon giants.
