Olivier Ntcham missed a penalty as Neil Lennon’s Celtic moved three points closer to the Scottish Premiership title at St Mirren.

Olivier Ntcham wants to leave Celtic this summer.
According to the Sun (31 March, page 59), the former Manchester City midfielder is dreaming of a return to the Premier League with Celtic eyeing an £8 million profit on a player they paid a hefty £4 million for back in the summer of 2017.
But, on last night’s evidence, Ntcham doesn’t exactly scream a £12 million player and he would be lucky to be handed a chance south of the border.
Ntcham made just his second start since a long spell on the sidelines with a knee injury but he looked a shadow of his former self as Celtic moved ever closer to the Scottish Premiership title with a 2-0 win away at St Mirren.

A missed penalty will obviously not go unnoticed, Ntcham spurning the chance to score his seventh of the season, but he gave possession away again and again in the centre of the park with plenty of fans arguing that Ryan Christie offers so much more in central midfield.
If Celtic get a £12 million offer, maybe they should snap someone’s hands off.
